Hooray! Hooray!
It's spring break! This is the first year that I actually don't have an official spring break, it's a bit weird, and even crazier...I start a full time job next week.
I'm so mature! Ha!
Working full time will cut down my time on being able to work on photos, but now that summer is not too far away and the sunshine is out later, I will still be able to take photos in the evening. Too bad the sunshine doesn't want to show this week so I could take advantage of my last free week...
BUT...

My birthday is coming up! WOOP WOOP! 23 is going to be so good!
I've been wanting to be 23 for a looooong time! Who knows why, but my dream is coming true. I'm determined to make it a great, fun year. Also, I wanted to share a two sweet people that I got to photograph last weekend.
Jessie and Jordan met in high school and it wasn't until after they graduated that this boy and girl started to notice each other. Jordan purchased the Living Social Deal for Jessie, which is the only person out of all the people who purchased the deal that I actually knew! Jessie and my little sister played soccer together when they were young. She is studying in Portland while Jordan is studying at Lane training to be a paramedic. Jordan and Jessie are both super sweet and you can definitely tell that they really like each other, and they both are super photogenic! Thank you both for purchasing the deal and letting me give you a tour around the U of O :)

In the fall of 2011, I got a really great job opportunity to work at Springfield High School.
Being a Young Life leader this has become a great way for me to get contact work and also to just hang out with high schoolers. AMP at SHS is such a great program that has been established at the school that has given many students a way to be creative. Students have the ability to write and record their own songs, make their own t-shirt designs using Photoshop, train with our boxing instructor, learn photography, make their own video games, and so much more. Not only have I met really creative high schoolers, but I also have had a pleasure to work with some awesome people.
Today's post is featuring my supervisor Jessica and her cute family.
Jessica is one of those people that you can easily get along with and I have been so lucky to work with her! I was excited when she asked me if I could take some photos of her wonderful family. Her husband is just as sweet as she is and her boys are too much fun! I hope you enjoy some new photos! I get to take advantage of the sunshine today after the snow storm to capture images of a cute couple! Sneak peeks will be posted on facebook!

Well, Monday is starting out great :) Up early and it's not raining!
I wanted to share another set of photos from one of my Living Social buyers.
Karina wanted to have some sister photos. Having a younger sister myself, I of course loved the idea!
Her sister Jacqueline is a senior at West Linn High School and still didn't have any senior photos, so Karina also used the deal for the opportunity to get her sister some portraits.
We lucked out with the weather and the sun even came out for a bit!
