It was a painfully hot, hot day...

and I LOVED IT.
If you know me, you know that I love me some vitamin D and some heat!
I also love capturing precious moments between two people.
I am so excited to be able to share this special day with you.
Kris and Ashley met at Sheldon High School. I shared with you last month their engagement session and explained our history a little bit.When Kris first had our group of friends meet her, we really thought she couldn't be any more perfect for him.
I'm so excited to be sharing some of my favorite images from their wedding on August 20th.

I'm pretty sure it was over 90 degrees that day.
Ashley was as relaxed as she could be and one of her bridesmaids, Katy, did a great job on making Ashley's make-up look fabulous and beautiful. Her mom and grandma provided some precious jewelry that were heirlooms in her family. One of my favorite moments captured of her was when it finally hit her, she was getting married that day to a wonderful man.
Kris was just, plainly put, Kris. Laid back and with his regular sense of humor and a sort of kindness that makes a person feel like they've known him forever. His small group from high school- Justin, Adam, Sean and Mike- were reunited once again and he was going to marry the girl of his dreams in just a few hours. Everything was as it should be.
